Annual Sustainability Report
Previously, I worked on the 2021 sustainability report as a Junior Art Director. Being familiar with the project, I was given the opportunity as an Art Director to lead the 2022 annual sustainability report and executive summary with a more substantial role overseeing a team of creatives. Onsemi's main objective for the 2022 report was to infuse more storytelling narrative throughout the different chapters, as well as feature more employees. 
My Role
My role included designing 75+ graphs, flowing content into the document, designing layouts, selecting photography, researching accessibility solves and implementing these methods, and collaborating with designers and QA team members for accuracy. The end result is a 112 page, accessible document with custom climate data graphs, retouched photography, and polished layouts.

CSR Campaign: Giving Now Program
Objective
The Giving Now Program was concepted to create a way to encourage employees to give back with the intent of onsemi matching their employees donations, to do good together. 
Campaign Components
For the CSR campaign titled Tomorrow, today, the creative team collaborated to create various components including concepts for visuals, digital banners, Giving Now Program logo, social media posts, campaign video, and copywriting for the foundation webpages.
My Role
While collaborating with the creative director, other designers and the senior copywriter, I created additional assets needed for the campaign such as web banners and the logo for the Giving Now Program. The three arrows in the logo representing the areas of giving and forward motion of doing good in the global community.
Results
After the initial creation of the program, in 2022 the global community totaled $1.66 Million tied to the Giving Now program initiatives including give to donate, give to educate, and give to help categories.
